Outlook-style navigation in your Java application - not possible using Swing? Wrong! Just use the JOutlookNavBar component. Easy to setup, highly configurable, and perfect for creating truly professional Java applications.

Each category that you add to your JOutlookNavBar can have a different style for the header button, and feature a different background style - using our FREE Component Renderers library.
Additionally, for each item added to a category you can set the icon, the position of the text relative to the icon and border/font/color for each of the following 3 states:
- Mouse not over the item
- Mouse over the item, but not selected
- Item is selected
|
With all this at your fingertips you can create powerful, but individual interfaces.
As the JOutlookNavBar is 100% Java, based on the standard Swing MVC paradigm, you can register events to listen for data model changes and item/category selection.
The speed of the category animation can also be configured, and the categories will automatically manage scroll bars - they only appear when needed, to allow users to always access every item.
In the latest version of JOutlookNavBar, you can control which Categories and Items are displayed / selected from within your own program!
